How accurate is your EA persona?

I think i'm pretty shy on the ol' PRF. I'd even go so far as to say relaxed about life and stoked about music.

Albini is always telling me to "relax" and that I'm "High Strung."

So, if that's true, then I'd say my persona on here is quite different.

I'm pretty much the same in real life as I am online. The main difference is probably that I'm much more opinionated on matters of politics, social issues, and assorted other serious topics in real life than I am here. This is mainly because I learned many years ago that debating these things on the internet is usually ultimately fruitless, and also because I don't feel like getting into an 80-page verbal-sparring match with RR, who will in the end just wind up calling me a fake liberal sellout globalist elitist or some such.

For me, one of the unique things about living in the Bay Area was that most of it seemed pretty much a bubble; a place where if/when you openly express an opinion that likely would be construed as 'anti-establishment' or even 'radical' in most of the US, there, it's more often than not met with a nodding of the head, or at least not a threat of physical harm (for better or worse). But that was SF...(no props intended).

I come off too one dimensional online. It's my own fault, because I rarely go into detail about whatever, but I don't need to bore everyone.

I guess I could be labeled a cynical person, or a curmudgeon from what I've posted here over the past year, but I'm far from that in real life. I'm not argumentative, my sense of humor doesn't always translate well here, and I usually keep my opinions to myself.
