Agreed on both fronts. Just annoying.
Bob's posts are much like rants by many people I know. Raise an eyebrow, and roll with it. Some of it's interesting some not. Definitely not worth getting worked up over.

I don't know about you all, but those threads really don't bother me. They're easy enough to identify and avoid reading, if I so choose. At least he's contributing some kind of content and following up on it. The CB posts that annoy me are the ones where there's an existing thread about something political or otherwise, and he bulldozes the discussion in the direction of one of his pet obsessions.
This is my problem with him also, try to start thread about finance or money and you know unibomber is going to show up and tell you, you can't drink the water (even though he drinks the water) or that the sky is going kill you, because its full of mercury...

What happens to the banned posters posts after they're banned? Do they disappear from the threads?
