Doesn't anybody have a list of known anonymizer addesses, maybe even straight up blocks of IP adresses, that are ready for import into a php setting? I woulda thought so, but haven't looked into it. I guess if you just banned them one at a time, as they were used, that would take like, millions of seconds. That's only what, like tens of hours of nonstop banning? psssh!!
