Great, I was able to open the computer and connect the cables in the right and it recognize it. Now I went to Disk Manager, I apply a letter and now is formatting, this should take a few minutes right?

It's better that way, but it's not a critical issue as long as they're in there good and tight.

Now I have some questions, when it says on "Tipo/Type" my old one is listed as "Basic" and the new one "Dinamic". And "Disposicion/Disposition" the old one is as "Particion" and the new one "Simple"
And it should say "new volume"?

Serious? If I put a hard disk that is formatted dynamic into an XP home box, it will reject it? Somehow I can see Microsoft doing that. >_<

Amazing. Couldn't have been that big of a deal, no huge outcry, but I'd hate to be stuck with XP Home on a client's computer and have a critical file located only on a dynamic disk.
