Either way, and I'm just sayin', because I know less about women than anybody on the planet, but I'm fairly certain that having a podcast is not an ice breaker.

Women like to laugh and if anything, I can guarantee she will at least chuckle at the that.

I've seen both of his studios. Well, just the inside of Sun, really. The other one (Phillips Recording Company, I believe) was closed to the public. But they are literally around the corner from each other.
