The Archos Jukebox Recorder - between recording shows, listening to music on plane rides and using it as an external USB drive to bring music to work, this thing has changed my life. The hardware is a bit slipshod but you know you always wanted to brush up on your soldering skills.

Alpen - A friend of mine sent me a bag of this stuff from the UK, and it is the best cereal I've ever tasted.
