Adam P wrote:Does that TS10 sound way less shitty than it looks? The TS-10 sounds almost identical to every other tube screamer out there. I liked this one a bit more than the modern TS-9 reissues.

I have an old Tascam 414 (the older dark gray model) that's been lying around here in a box. It looks perfect but it isn't. Very low signal in the second channel and there's a bit of crosstalk in the others. I used to use it for making tape loops so these issues never concerned me much. May be easy to repair, may not, just want it gone.PM me with an offer, reasonable or unreasonable. I'll cover shipping in the states.

Enormous wrote:Let me know if you intended this to be a private affair and I'll pull this post down. Here's an older ('93 / '94) MIJ Telecaster. It's been used, there are some dings / nicks / etc, but all in all it's in good shape. The neck is fairly thick, very comfortable. It's lightweight, plays awesome, and sounds great, what can I say. I'm not usually into natural guitars, but I think this one looks cool as hell. This guy was acquired in a trade, it's my first Telecaster believe it or not. Unfortunately, I'm a one guitar at a time kind of guy and I'm loyal to another.I'd like to get $565 shipped for it. First, let me apologize. My camera isn't working so the Drone Commander / Gnome pictures are from Google image search. I'm also open to trades, let me know what you've got!Grendel Drone Commander: $305 ShippedThe Drone Commander is awesome for repeating, rhythmic textures and super fun with a looper and some pedals. It has never left my house and is in perfect shape. Here is a description of exactly what this thing is. Oh, and included below is a little video of four Drone Commanders strung together (this can be approximated with a single Drone Commander and a looper, crazy fun). With a total of 9 knobs, the drone commander offers two manually-tuned oscillators and two lfos, plus an unusually colorful and nasty filter. LFO1 is an analog variable-shape oscillator, and LFO2 is a pulse waveform that auto-synchronizes to LFO1 at a ratio of 2x, 4x, 8x, or 16x. Both LFOs can be routed to the filter for rhythmic patterns. a line-level output jack is provided for connection to amplifiers or effects. Six of the drone commander s nine knobs double as push-pull switches to control signal routing and waveform selection.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Jti2zky5M8&feature=player\_embeddedPaia Gnome: $50 ShippedI don't know too much about this guy. It was once owned by the father of a friend of mine, but was given to me a few years ago. I intended to use it to learn a little about building basic synthesizers, but I'm lazy and it never happened. It's in good shape, but there is more age than the picture above. It's controlled by rubbing that little thing on the end of the wire on the vinyl strip. It was supposed to sound like the wind, but then they added in the ability to generate other weird sounds. I don't have a power supply to see if it works so this is really just being offered in the hopes that someone that is knowledgeable will take it and turn it into something awesome. I bet it can be easily modified into a crazy noise machine. I have included a link to a little information about the Gnome (there were only 3000 made )http://www.synthmuseum.com/paia/paignome01.htmlIf you wern't on here I might snag this, but find a power supply. If the Gnome works I have seen them go for $250-$350 on ebay.
