I've been listening to Squeeze lately, so I'll throw out 'Tempted'. These guys wrote some good pop songs, but 'Tempted' is grocery store music.

Dude, incredible - I find it really boring, the main riff is dull and I don t like the galloping bit. These are not tough riffs by shellac standards. Everyone seems to love it when they play it live, I just get cross that they are playing the same set I saw ten years ago, yet again.
