I noticed distortion at 0.42 - 0.44 on I Don't Mind. Is this deliberate or were you just coming in hot?

Thanks! I love using the airwindows Tape Delay on vocals. Sounds nice on Motel Blues against the guitar picking. This was the second take, after he nailed the first one, but he thought he should meander on the last line of the lyric at the end.

I have some deliberate overdrive of a tube preamp. I like how it sounds on the vocals when it redlines.

I wanted to talk real quick about I Don't Mind. It was a good performance, but he fucked up right before the bridge and had a brainfart on the chords. I started laughing, and then he just finished the song. Turned out to be a magical mistake.

I've been getting a little bit experimental. I have added a third mic, an SM57, pointing strait at the guitar hole and pumping it through effects pedals. I started doing this with a second vocal mic, but now I mix it up. I like what's going on here.
