Good overall but pretty derivative of TJL, Killdozer, etc. The e-kit didn't bother me.

How are these guys live? They're playing this weekend and I'm contemplating going.

They're good and very loud. The lead singer has some entertaining stage banter.

Cool, I'm down for that. I wish it was Saturday instead of Sunday.

My only memory of them live was they all wore basketball shorts and sports jerseys on stage like they were on the Family Values tour circa-2000.

New album out October 11. New song is good!

Not Crap but not great. If I'm in the mood for that sound I go for the bands mentioned here previously.

But they're ok.

Chat Pile is ok. Kinda like Metz. Just ok. I’m not going to turn them off when I hear them on Pandora or whatever, but I’m not gonna buy their album, either. They’re pretty pedestrian to me, as far as noisy bands go. Hats off to their publicist.

New song gets better and more distinctive as it travels.

Not that it's a competition but I prefer Meth who are more unhinged and damaged in their sound. Room for both though.
