Also think Hawkwind's debut fits this bill. Lots of acoustic sounds.

This thread prompted me to explore some of Turid Lundqvist. Somewhat uneven, but when she leans into the cradle song / fairytale forest vibe it's really good.

A friend shared this organ-heavy crop of psychfolk songs from a band out of Greece and it is quite good. Quite a mix of eclectic releases from a cursory cruise of the discography.
