Apparently it's not on YouTube (or is hard to find there), but a favorite is John Zorn's "Going to Dinner" from Filmworks I. It owes quite a bit to Paul Desmond's "Desmond Blue," though, which is easily findable (but doesn't have the prominent snaps--there's closed high-hat instead).
