me. i like "give 'em enough rope" and i don't have a copy on vinyl.

but also, i thought it was touching and relatable that he'd scrawled his name across the outer sleeve with what i'm presuming was late-teenage enthusiasm.

it reminded me of how excited i was to find "sandinista" in the used bins when i was an awkward and scrawny, obnoxious and acerbic high school kid.

there were definitely rarer, more collectible (and, let's face it, better) records in the drop, but this was the one that immediately grabbed me.

(plus, it's going to be hilarious to swap that outer sleeve over to my copy of "american beauty").

I think it was up for $45. "Quicksand" and "Slipstream" singles were both up as well and I believe were ~$30 to $40.

Also really wish I'd been able to grab that '78 "Rock Lobster"/"52 Girls" single that was up there!
