"Cotterpin Doozer"
Left to Right:
Alfie Fisher - Guitar
Rick Chambo - Drums
Rex Fisher - Lead Vocals
Ethan Goroski - Bass
Rob Zayas - Keys, Guitar, Vocals
One of the best ways to understand what Cotterpin Doozer are is to realize what they are not. Their music contains elements of punk and pop, but they aren’t pop-punk. Likewise, their songs are emotional and their lyrics can be poignant, but they’re certainly not emo. By tapping into elements of their favorite styles, the bandmembers are able to attain their own sound whilst standing apart from the pack.
Cotterpin Doozer incorporate their "respect for post-realism" within their songs, which abound with clever, biting lines like "...I want to show you how you showed me how you looked at me when you look at me that way that you do when you show me things" from the track American Traffic off of their debut album, That Last Steps a Doozer.
Cotterpin Doozer is nominated for a Grammy for best new artist. Somehow this band is sweeping the nation.

So great!
We should start a side business through this thread: Selling pre-written one sheets. The above sentence could fetch $50 alone! Imagine twelve people in a room after hearing this line read to them in a dramatic rock voice, then simultaneously ooohhhing in rockdom!
I'll say it again. So great.
I thought Bradley owned this thread with the creepy pedoteacher dude, but this Cotterpin Doozer is in contention for top ranking. (Are the matching haircuts the result of photoshopfuckery, or are they real?)
