Not crap, WF 9.83. I liked Supersonic Storybook plus a few other tunes like "Stull" and the fake Stones ones from Exit The Dragon; also, early drummer Kris Bataille wore Beatle boots in the third grade. Total crap live the one time I saw them, though; and we mustn't hold bands' fans against them, but a roomful of shitfaced frat boys singing "Sister Havana" is a hard memory to shake.

Details, please. Saw The Jesus Lizard there.

Basically three people showed up to the show besides me: Mike Eck, Sarge Blotto, and Char.

The Urge guys were not happy at all.

So they played three songs, and Nate either overloaded his amp and made it short out, or did something to break it. Ed said "That's it, no more" and they packed up.

Their van broke down while they were giving me a ride back to my house, so they ended up sleeping on my floor. In the morning I tried to help them fix the engine, but it was beyond my skillset, so they got towed. I think they had Johan Kugelberg with them as well, but I could be misremembering, since it was like 16 years ago.

16 years! Holy shit I'm old.
I make music/I also make pretty pictures
