They don't need to think, read, or validate when they have Newsmax and ONAN--ism. It is a hoot seeing these assholes on national TV trying to appear "red-pilled". Unfortunately, they can also vote.

You don't even need to go that fringe anymore. Fox News is mainstream/the new standard, and many established Republicans have leaned into "just asking questions" territory.

I realize that this is splitting hairs, but... asking questions is fine. Still asking questions after voter fraud was disproven/thrown out in sixty-some court cases is what's crazy.

Sure, in good faith, which it never is. It's putting toxic ideas out into the world in a 'read the fine print' manner, which they know most of their audience won't do.

Tbh, I'm somewhat worried is the Dems do squeak by and maintain control of the House and Senate and the most extreme fascist Christian Nationalists go all out because they're convinced that the only way any Dem can win is by cheating, which of course they've been led to believe by all Republicans, Fox News, etc etc etc.

The way polling has gone thus far, I'd agree that if this does happen, the nutjobs will totally think the fix is (still) on.

I don't know if and how this craziness will ever stop. If Trump runs again, he'd better lose in the primaries.

0% chance of that happening. (him losing to other Republicans, that is. He'll absolutely run again if he isn't in jail or legally tied up)

Either we become a fully authoritarian Christian Nationalist country, or we end up splitting into separate countries.

Are you collectively going to put up with being a fully authoritarian Christian Nationalist country?
