these get really pissed of anytime you are near their home.

See, there are advantages to living in the UK!

I feel a crap/not crap thread in the offing.

Is it true that they eat clothes or is that some old wives tale?

It's too hot in the stinking bedroom, so I woke up to sit in front of the fan, and catch up on reading some of these forumzzzzzzz

I realized earlier today how much it annoys me to hear people say "vinyl records"... makes about as much sense as saying "plastic and aluminum-substrate CDs" (or whatever), eh?

I do have a nostalgic like of the term "record album" especially when mumbled together into one word...

I stumbled across the posts that referenced the film "Stunt Rock" and sent links around to friends at work - it's not going to take long at all for one of us to cave-in and order a copy of that damned thing.

I'm annoyed at the delivery system of the latest Residents project, 'River Of Crime'... c'mon... selling me blank CD-Rs (with graphics pre-printed on them) just so I can use this code to log on to a website and download mp3s (!!!) and then burn them myself onto the aforementioned blank media??? I suppose if I had any sense I would have voted with my dollars and said "fuck it" but to paraphrase HST, "once you get locked into a serious [Residents] collection"...

Okay, details from my day.

There is only Harun and me in the office today as the other three are on a course. So im running up and down the stairs from reception to the office all day. Which is nice.

One of our tenants was in yesterday afternoon, saying that she is getting harrasment form her boyfriend and she was placed in a hostel last night. A real nasty piece of work by all accounts. Today, the boyfriend came in to the office saying that someone had broken into the womans house, and was asking to see the manager. I run upstairs tell me boss and he rings the police. The police come and arrest the boyfriend. Im just sat upstairs out of the way the whole time. Then the two void lads start telling me horror stories about housing officers getting bother off people, nice.

Im gonna get something from greggs for me dinner, and consider my attack on the moths.

Whaa? the bars are very nice. Made by Nitto, so you can get them at places other than Rivendell, if you so desire.

Hey!

How do you like them? I can't decide between them and a set of Nitto moustachios.

POS is on the fritz, AGAIN! called prism support. They're running fixes, but with the backlog due to the CBA purchase, who knows when they're going to push this stuff into ICS.
