I feel slighted.

I'm pretty sure I still have your number on my phone. Don't dare me to drunk dial you, because I totally will. Obviously I didn't have enough to drink in the van that night.

I want my friends to save their drunk dial messages from me, so I can release an album of them.
Police Teeth: we like Void so much, we decided not to sound like them.

Horsewhip!

Your rock band played a damned fine show in my crap town under adverse circumstances. If you play here again, we will not have to cancel. Thank you for being unbelievably cool about the whole thing, because I feel like a jerk!

Salut to you!

So kind with rock show and Strohs and the lodging in his kick ass studio.

Salut MTAR!

i missed these props.

Salut! Tom, the mighty Red Swan, and the fierce Fun Ender, their fury of rock blessed our hippy-ridden town that evening, and it was good.

The thanks for the Strohs must go to mnotaro, for he was the man behind the can.

Salut! Sly Bug.

MTAR: I, too, would like to start out by saying that MTAR is a great member of the group!
Bradley R. Weissenberger: I like your phrasing and your honesty! I like that you post links to funny songs! Once, at a Shellac show, you politely moved to the side to let me pass through a crowd. Because of your politeness, I said you were a stand up guy, not knowing who you were… your countenance and silence made me fear you thought I was being sarcastic. Not so! You are a stand up guy!
steve: you are a smart, funny guy who offers good cooking advice and bought a Hiwatt from me once when I was broke. Thank you. Thank you also for going above and beyond highest expectations when recording the different bands I’ve played in!
Redline: I loved seeing your band in the 80s and then again in the 00s. You rock!
Andrew L.: you are intelligent and I learn about stuff when I read your posts. Thanks!
Dylan: I miss you. Where did you go?
russ: I am sorry I compared Bob Dylan to The Boss… purgatory awaits me. You did great live sound in an airplane hanger for a band I played in. You are cool to talk to!
placeholder: we both like haunted house movies. Yay!
tmidgett: thank you for listening to my CD. I am always interested in your thoughts! I must see your new band and will.
spoot: I miss him so and must stop typing about this great guy before I start to cry.
Mayfair: you are nice, talented & a joy to be around. I love your posts! Maybe someday we’ll play music together again? One can only hope.
stackmatic: thanks for noting the correct species of a bird in that one picture I posted that one time way back. Your drawings are fantastic.
kerble: you are always so nice when we run into each other! Thanks for moderating us all. At first I thought your avatar was a Gacy painting! Since it started smoking, it looks like the dragon from the Gigglesnort Hotel. Are you really a black belt?
Mr. Chimp: I am so appreciative of your trial updates. Many thanks. You are a good man!
greg: I miss seeing you around. I do not get out much anymore. Thanks for making my music sound so good @Studio Greg that one time a few years back. You are one of the good ones!
MajorEverettMiller: your posts make me laugh, thank you for this. I hope you find work soon (at a place where they don’t throw a shit fit about a little net surfing).
capnreverb: your Steve Reich post was so good! Hey, did that one guy ever buzz off about the recording he wanted money for? What a jerk…
El Protoolio: your responses to that thing that lives in Doylestown were hilarious, thank you again.
Christopher Dragon: I hope your dwelling is cooling off a little. You are an institution at the EA forum. It would not be as good as it is here without you.
DefnitelyNOTtheSWEDE: I know someone who looks like your avatar. You are funny!
Angus Jung: I think you are an interesting person! I want to hear your music. I like your thoughtful posts. I think it is so cool that you went to Egypt. Can you post some photos? If you ever want to make an alternate user name, I think that name should be “Bon Freud.”
itchy magoo: you start great threads! I always look for your posts because of this. Thanks for being so great. You have cheered me up many times! I promise I won’t cry…
spacebar: thank you for telling me about the hearty “thumbs down” to people who cut you off in traffic -- so satisfying! Many of my friends have taken this up because of you!
Chapter Two: your drunken posts are okay with me! Do not worry!
Mark Lansing: once, in Detroit, you sang a song as a guest vocalist in a band I used to play in. It was a blast! You are a great writer for one of my favorite sites! Kudos!
burun: any friend of Liz B’s is a friend of mine. I have heard good things about you and enjoy your internet company!
DrAwkward: your avatar used to be Pee-Wee Herman. You are okay with me! You are also damn funny!
Johnny 13: YOU are a talented artist! Your avatar is my favorite one here.
Ty Webb: thank you for making me feel safer about taking cholesterol meds again. I may live longer because of you.
BadComrade: Ampeg amps are great and so are you. Let’s hope rock finds its balls.
jayryan: your posters make the world a more beautiful place to be.
scott: your posts are honest and scientifically interesting. Thanks for the science!
B.J.C.: I miss you! (I can’t believe this is happening!) You should post more often here. Let’s get a drink again sometime.
joesepi: I hope your show went well, thanks for thinking of me.
rachael: thanks for your nice comments about my pets. You are one of my favorites here! So kind and thoughtful.
mattw: you, too are one of the good ones… are you still playing guitar for Puddle of Mudd?
Rodabod: your posts about recording are very interesting. I am jealous of your knowledge! Thank you!
Brett Eugene Ralph: you are an excellent poet and a wise man. If there are more people like you living in Kentucky, I will be very content if I move to Louisville next year.
wes9: I appreciate your posts very much. Thanks so much for your thoughts on some of the threads I’ve started.
bumble: I like your name and your avatar. You start great threads… the ‘little details’ thread was a great idea and I still love to see what people have to say in it. Thank you. You seem like a genuinely good person!
geiginni: your knowledge of classical music has broadened and blown my mind. Thank you.
gio: anybody who appreciates the beauty of Eno’s The Big Ship, is okay with me. How’s the experimental improv group coming along? Or was that a one-off?
stewie: you have good politics, good taste in music and have posted many good things that I have enjoyed reading. FYI, your computer is smoking, better call tech support.
Tom: you have interesting things to say! Someday maybe we’ll run into each other in Antarctica (if it hasn’t melted by then).
Superking: you are an excellent photographer! Keep up the good work!
Germ War: I almost went out to see your band, but I could not make it. What I’ve heard online sounds interesting and rocking!
Gramsci: you are everywhere on this forum! I have discovered lots of great music because of your ‘beautiful music’ thread. Thanks for the book recommendation.
Cranius: you are a dynamic, intelligent and informative ingredient of the E.A. forum. Your frequent, funny & articulate posts are very much appreciated.
cjh: you are another one of my favorite people here! I enjoy reading your posts. We like a lot of the same music… so, that is cool!
Linus Van Pelt: Look at you going above 3000 posts! I like your well-thought-out comments. I liked your old avatar better! But who am I to talk, I change my avatar all the time.
Rotten Tanx: you are another one who has been on the forum for a while -- you seem like a great person. Thank you for being here!
ironyengine: you are another great “regular” on this board. You have common sense! And when you make your common sensical posts, I laugh because people should’ve thought of the thing you are stating!

I am sure I’m missing other people around here that make this place great. For that I am truly sorry. I like just about everyone here. Thanks for making my days better.
