All that old-fart nonsense being said, maybe an ultra-light Beta Lead could be a thing and I guess I'd be stoked about that.
If they did a Tiny Terror style Beta Lead I'd be all over that.

Yeah, Beta Lead/Bass are both $799. I get that you could get these for $200 or whatever back in the day on the reg, but those days are long gone. I'm super interested to see how these turn out and wouldn't be surprised if I wound up grabbing one at some point in the next year once they start showing up used for $600 or so.

Looks like you can get those as preamp-only. Seems like it would be way more enclosure than necessary, but more importantly, wouldn't a rack option be really nice for people pairing them with a power amp?

You can get beta preamp clone pedals all day for $150, or DIY one yourself.

Buried in the FAQs but they are planning on making some version of a Model T (and a Coliseum) but I'd guess it's gonna be ~$4k if they're charging $3,200 for the 100/200S:
Are you making the Model T?
The Model T is an iconic Sunn amplifier loved by collectors and enthusiasts. However, it’s also very large, very heavy, and very expensive. We have plans to produce limited editions of the Model T and Coliseum amplifiers in the near future, but we wanted the first new Sunn amps to be affordable and usable by working musicians and fans.

Man people got get with the fact that the Model T is basically a Marshall Super Bass, aka a plexi variant. There are about 1 zillion of those under the sun....the Model T is not what i'd clamor over.

It doesn't change the fact that this is still the amp that most people associate with the brand. Not having it in your product line coming out of the gate strikes me as incredibly stupid...unless they're trying to generate hype by NOT having it...

Well based on the fact they're still raising money, I wonder if they just needed to get something out the door to prove this is a real thing.
