no idea.
where did you find that information?
do you refer to the yellow or my white?
not that it matters much.
these guitars are probably the best fenders made in the last 40 years and no one gives a shit.
pretty astounding really.

Epiphone Coronet
Shergold Meteor
I love the coronet to bits. It's a 1964 model & has got a single p90 and it sounds fantastic and looks like Batman's guitar. They sound like an SG junior but for about half the price.
The Shergold is ridiculous but easy to play and Cardiacs used to use them so I bought it purely on that fact. I was only 18 at the time.

Here's my collection of crap. There's a Cardiacs connection here as well, as I think that Tim used to play a Westone Thunder in the 80s. If not, then something very similar. I got the Westone in a charity shop and the Traynors off eBay. Hiding in a gig bag next to the amps is a Marlin P-bass copy (Slammer!) I was given by a friend when I lived in London. Not seen in the picture is a totally fucked Ibanez Blazer bass I bought in Australia and brought all the way home with me. It's currently awaiting some minor surgery to correct some loose wiring, and I might just sand the black house paint off it too.
I can't really play any of these, I should add.

Thanks for confirming a suspicion - that Westone is exactly the same guitar that Craig Scanlon used for most of the Brix era with The Fall.

Learned on a Peavey like everyone else. Then when I turned 16 I spent all summer washing boats and bought a Paul Reed Smith Electric Bass. It was black and didn't have a flame top or any of that crap. Well built and everything, but it was far too expensive for what it was. Sold that to go back to school.
Owned a MIM P-Bass at one point, which I ended up returning as I couldn't stand the unfinished neck.
Now I have this:
Early 80's Ovation Magnum. Absolutely love it. Was looking for something that wasn't too expensive, and got it based on what TMidgett and Matthew Taylor had posted here. This is the first time I've owned a bass and figured that I could keep this for the rest of my life and be pretty happy with it.

more guitars than i care to post, but these are the top two for the past year:
early-70s Fender Telecaster Custom - bought used in 1984 at a price of USD$350 with case (70s Fenders were considered canoe paddles at the time) and then heavily modified over the intervening years.
Yamaha SE211 - bought from Bungalow Bill's for NZD$125 while living in New Zealand in 1997/98...it looks like shit but it plays and sounds great!
