Sorry they came into your orbit and I hope they never come back in range. You did the right thing, now the next right thing is to protect yourself, and remind yourself that you are a good and worthwhile human being who owes nobody anything.

I didn't take his post to mean anything serious, but you guys got me worried. It seems he's off IG. I just sent him an email. Will report back.
