sitwell, total\_douche: Hm, that's interesting. I don't know much about what the tweens think of them, but I think of Nirvana very much like young people's music. And I am a millennial, albeit in the upper year range. It might be different in the States.

That he died before she was born didn't phase her.Nirvana are still revered among the youth, I guess there must be a real fire in his voice.They only looked through the hip hop section before leaving, which made it even better.None of this is a judgment, btw. I've paid beaucoup this year to see artists who are well over a decade out of their prime. My indie confession is that the most expensive ticket was also the worst by a mile - At The Drive-In.

I like Grant Hart's solo stuff more than I like Husker Du. And I hate the band Twin Peaks but I've never heard them and I know nothing about them aside from having to read their goddamn band name everywhere. Perhaps that's more of an Air Your Prejudices.
