Steve Roach. Have picked up four of his albums in the past few years. Structures From Silence might be the one he's most known for, but he's been crankin' 'em out since. I like the track "Harmonia Mundi" and some of the more recent stuff too, be it higher speed or more ambient.

If you're into that vague style (largely beatless percolating arpeggio'd outboard synths that soar upwards), I'd recommend this new release from Polypores:



It's sort of in that Roach/Laurie Spiegel vein, if you will, but maybe even more lush. At the very least it's colorful and worth a listen if you're predisposed to such things.

This Loula Yorke record, while of a slightly different bent, is in a similar way rather captivating for newer electronic music with no beats or words:
