got my guitar today. it is the one pictured above only it has been painted white. #98. my god is it a nice guitar. it is the first new guitar i have ever owned and it is everything i hoped it would be and more.

I played two Electricals while on tour during the past month. One was the 500 style wood body model belonging to the band Fun Ender. The other was the prototype, hollow aluminum 500 style bodied prototype owned by Rich of Bearclaw.

Both were awesome, and the super shallow necks were much easier to play than I had imagined. Now I want one.

That tele picture makes me wish I could get one of those necks put on my tele deluxe. It just looks cool.

Unfortunately looks are not enough for me to do that. I have never played or for that matter even seen an aluminum neck guitar in person and as trusting as I am of the forum members on this matter, I'd still like to play one and see if I even like it.

Still though, I love experimenting with guitars and the work that electrical guitars puts out is stunning. However, the amount of money in bank account is not so stunning so getting one of these necks put in my tele deluxe (or in a tele deluxe body) is a pipe dream at best right now.
