Police Teeth performing "Tetsuo 2: Body Hammer," "Here Come The Drums," and Pere Ubu's "Final Solution" at a house show last weekend.
I thought it'd be really funny to get really baked while we were playing the Pere Ubu cover. Count how many times I hit the pipe.
Hey. I'm in an indie rock band now. I had to start smoking again.

Not good news if you are a HDU fan waiting for a new album though as that's Dino playing drums.

357This is one of the happy YouTube occasions where I'm slightly bewildered to find, in the midst of chucking random bands in the search, that there is even a video for this. From Les Disques du Crepescule, the "Factory Benelux", this is the video for Boy From Ipanema by Antena, their 'pop act', who were really quite amazing.
One of my first charity shop vinyl scores was a 7" of 'Be Pop' by Antena, which doesn't seem to have turned up on the 'Best Of' disc that I've seen but is still one of my favourite songs. I'll have to go dig that out, now, it's been a while.

Alex Newport's current band. They haven't made it out here since 2002, I'd like to see them again.
