I'm going to commit a crime and get convicted to see if I can sue the judge to avoid sentencing. What a multi-tiered crock-of-shit justice system.

Viva, Presidente Müsk.
We're headed for social anarchy when people start pissing on bookstores.

I hope these fascists fucking die
This is fucking awful.

My kids have friends who are in the closet because their parents would beat the shit out of them if they were outed. This legislation literally puts lives at risk.
Madness. It makes me wonder how ordinary confidentiality with child psychologists works possibly counter to this. It could be in conflict with other laws.

Oh wait, my wife is a school psychologist. I'll just ask her. BRB.....

Okay, not fully reassuring. Most of her privacy practices are dictated by a combination state law and then just professional norms. In our state a student over 14 has more privacy protection. Don't know what Ohio has in the books, but I'd love the ACLU to tear this thing up.

https://glaad.org/releases/meta-removes ... -checking/

From Meta’s Hateful Conduct page:
“Mental characteristics, including but not limited to allegations of stupidity, intellectual capacity, and mental illness, and unsupported comparisons between PC groups on the basis of inherent intellectual capacity. We do allow allegations of mental illness or abnormality when based on gender or sexual orientation, given political and religious discourse about transgenderism and homosexuality and common non-serious usage of words like “weird.””

So insults of those are banned *except* for if they are used towards queer people.

Fuck Zuckerburg so much. Hoping for another Year of Luigi

I showed my wife (high school teacher) and she’s just about ready to drive to Ohio to kick some ass.

She probably knows at least a dozen kids who aren’t out to their parents. There’s no fucking way she’d abide by this shit legislation.
