I often imagine what A Raw Youth would sound like with Dave Grohl on the drums.**Probably because They Fuck You Over has a similar rhythm to Drain You. Nothing against Chris, mind you, I think he's great, but, y'know... Grohl. I mean, Terri goes through drummers like Liz Taylor went through husbands, so it might happen someday. You never know.

I've heard like 10,000 bands and yet Eric Avery still might be my favorite bassist.Even when the music around him bites, he's playing something great.

Not listened to much of their stuff, but I like Joe Zawinul's snaky keyboard playing on the late 60s / early 70s-era Miles albums.

There are some Tar songs that I'm quite fond of but it's tough for me to listen to any of their albums all the way through (I feel like if I saw them live they might click more). Hot Snakes kind of bore me.I love jazz but I still don't get Ornette Coleman, and this makes me sad. I listen to Fiona Apple more than I listen to The Ramones.
