Yeah, it just doesn't have all the extra packaging and special label on the case.

The first run were signed by KS and came with a book too, iirc (not to mention the wonka golden ticket USB stick situation).

Yeah but people arent buying the special runs of these things to play them, they're buying them for collectors value. It's a common trend, as seen by that Electro Harmonix Lizard Queen with contribution by notable twat Josh Smith. There's a fancy collectors version.

I myself recently ponied up for some special collector pedals, even though I could easily make the same circuit myself. Its just cool and will hold value, like comic books or baseball cards.
