Just stop fucking replying to me, like I cannot express enough how much I cannot fucking stand you. Excuse me for hoping the people conducting/enabling a literal fucking genocide against me and my family and wider community die

Just found out the foes list feature from the previous version of this forum still works on here, wish I would have remembered it sooner but better late than never

The future belongs to America. So should Greenland.
by Chris Cutrone

I've followed this guy for a good while, one of my main rage-addictions. All his writings are on an absolutely otherworldly level of stupidity, a very in-depth, creative and unique kind of stupidity. They usually have the pattern of him saying a bunch of deranged delusional stuff and then going "since we all agree on this...". And there's always something disturbingly dictatorial in the way he addresses the reader.

But what particularly caught my eye in this article is the Putin cadence. He doesn't propose that USA should control Greenland, he talks about USA controlling Greenland as if this is already an established fact. As if it already happened and the rest of us haven't noticed. This leaves a bewildering impression - it doesn't appear to follow normal rules of address, it leaves you grasping with no immediate way of responding. I'm expecting more people to train themselves in this style as they catch on to it.

This is very interesting.

TikTok is clearly as evil as the rest of them but this is the US government protecting its own tech sector and interests rather than some moral crusade.

I'm not going to read this, but i would say that if there is something of presumptive tone to the MAGA nation (who admittedly are riding a wave at the moment) , it directly corresponds to the pearl clutching / slack-jawed fatalism that the usual NATO lapdogs are exhibiting. Denmark was always brown-nosing the US, sending troops to Afghanistan, "standing with Israel" and when this Ukraine stuff kicked off Denmark openly invited the US to open a military base in mainland Denmark. Of course the same goes for Finland and Sweden joining NATO. First of all, sack up you idiots. Secondly, you're being played. You were always being played, but up till now you were getting something out of it too. Finally, If you dance with the devil you're gonna get burned. Chickens coming home to roost, and those tired cliches.

In the end I can see this ends up Trump giving Mette some kind of closed door deal to save face at home and call it a "collaboration", and the Greenlanders accepting money up front from Musk, and some time later getting the shaft like the indigenous people of the Americas.

Who was being played, when, and how?
The Europeans have had their strings pulled since WWII The US only ever cares about themselves (or the interests of their elites, more accurately.) , Trump is just more up front about it. I’ll leave the how up to you. If you don’t see US exceptionalism being a threat to the world, I’d say look again. How about climate change, just to choose something apolitical.

Trump is about to lose his liquor licenses in Jersey, and he's diverting attention from that with the Greenland bullshit. Isn't Greenland semi-autonomous?
We're headed for social anarchy when people start pissing on bookstores.
