My so called leftist Canadian friend that works for a rightwing theocratic dictatorship’s news channel Press TV once made the statement “Pollievre is the only politician talking about working class people”. I had no idea who Pollievre was and assumed a niche leftist in a small party.
Diabolical. They aren’t wrong in the same way Trump was.
Jagmeet SHOULD have been. A military officer, who’s also Sikh, as head of the NDP?? I was signed the fuck up, and then he just had no policy except attacking the Liberals. He should have been dealing with the threat of the conservatives and he let them consolidate power within what could’ve been his voter base. Well, and also now Canada hates anyone brown.
Great to hear the Canadian left is just as dumb as everywhere else. Do they also bang on about single issues without adding to a wider structural economic strategy?
yes exactly. Canada's last great hope for the left was Jack Layton and he was struck down by god for being too decent. I really, really miss that man in politics.

It's a fresh hell coincidence that many Americans, including me, have the day off Monday.

...yet, we don't get Election Day off. Probably just another coincidence.

Biden just let a couple thousand non-violent drug offenders out of jail. That's pretty great.

Is there a thread on the PRF for 'proof that we live in a simulation'? If so, I have a lot to get off my chest.

What creative ways could citizens slow the logistics of something like that? Can everyone just have their cars seem to suddenly break down on streets where ICE vans are en route? I want to stop it all with pure entropy.

No. They were very clear in the WSJ article. They're going to sweep people up. Anyone in the way.
Also, CST article slightly before the WSJ article:
