I really like this guy's songwriting. Those chord progressions...

3892Black Sabbath. Never really paid attention, until now (thanks to this board's suggestion).

3895Silkworm - Developer (2xLP Comedy Minus One 2025 release)
Just listened to the six additional tracks now. First impression: yay "new" Silkworm songs! At least one of the tracks, possibly two, sound like earlier versions of songs that ended up on a later Silkworm record. I like The Crust Brothers' cover.

3896I was in a band 35 years ago that had a song featured on a compilation from France. That compilation was recently uploaded to Bandcamp, and I just listened to the song. Hadn’t heard it in decades.
It’s so bad. Embarrassingly bad. Just awful.

Re: What are you listening to right now?
3897end of the second disc of Dark Magus, "Nne (Part 2)", quite loud. i wish i could see footage of this concert, it would be wild to see (a) all of the cueing, (b) who's responsible for which guitar lines. there are solos on this record that sound like someone trying to drive a chisel through the core of the fucking planet - i've always assumed it's peter cosey, but i have no idea.
