I can confirm that I am Jason, that I do *not* run The Bird Machine and that I am not designing the artwork for Shellac's new record.

Alright, I'm going to have to call bullshit on this. Link?

Roger Dean is designing the new Shellac record cover. It's going to be a landscape, similar to Tibet or Big Sur, with a flying sting ray...

it's kind of weird to me how bits of the wikipedia that i wrote (or more accurately, the huge chunks about independent rock) years ago are being taken for gospel all over the internet now. my wiki page on shellac (which mentioned the title of the album since i last saw shellac in 2004) is everywhere now.

also, i played all the guitar parts on the new album because steve burnt his hand on toast.

for example, i played all of ian williams parts on all the don cab albums because he burnt his hand on toast.

i wish musicians would be more careful when estimating the temperature of foodstuff...

will these guitar playing bastards never learn that toast cannot be trusted.
It's a good thing you hang around the toaster in EA so much

Yeah... I really hate it when people take my word or print seriously and hold me accountable for the things I say or write. Especially when it's something like a reference page. Who takes those things seriously? Am I right?
