I've been playing a lot of M. Ward's TRANSISTOR RADIO.

Also the new Boards of Canada, but my love affair with it will probably not last out the year.

Devin Davis, lonely people of the world unite.

This davis feller recorded nearly every note on this album himself. It doesn't have that insulated, pristine quality that many self recorded records have though. Sounds like a loose crazed live band at time. Such a great songwriter.

my four cents (or, my favorite so far)

Cold Bleak Heat - It's Magnificent, But It Isn't War
Autechre - Untilted
Boards of Canada - Campfire Headphase
Four Tet - Everything Ecstatic
Silver Mt. Zion blah blah blah - Horses in the Sky
Boredoms - Seadrum / House of Sun
Colleen - The Golden Morning Breaks

the really important ones:
Venetian Snares - Rossz Cillag somethingorother
Quasimoto - The Further Adventures of Lord Quas.

DO NOT buy Clap Your Hands say yeah. that group is for tools.
