I'm not super 100% hardline on music being used in ads, but this is pretty gross.

Although, i suppose you could make the argument in this case that for there to be a compromise in artistic integrity, you first have to have "art."

Part of me actually wants to admire the ruthlessly shameless way they're cashing in. It makes you suspect that they know they're utter shit, their music is vapid crap with a short shelf life, and basically they have about another 6 months to a year to rake in as much cash as they can. So they're going to do everything short of $10 handjobs to accumulate that filthy lucre, integrity and dignity be damned.

But those Linkin Park fucksticks...I just want to punch them in the scrota with a brick.

According to one or two people i know who are pals with their drummer (who grew up in a Milwaukee 'burb), this is exactly the case.
