"Totally Wired" is great.
However, I would have never (or maybe not for several years after that) have heard the Fall if it weren't for "Hey Student!" on the "What's Up Matador" comp. There are better songs, but this is the one that inspired me to buy 18 Fall albums.
"Hey Student!" it is.

i'm very fond of "paintwork", but "totally wired" is probably my all-time favorite.

'Glam Racket' is my favourite Fall song that I've heard, but I have not heard many Fall songs at all.
I will go and download as many of these songs as I can now, plus 'Mr Pharmacist' as I am a pharmacist and my friend Michael always sings 'Mr Pharmacist-uh' when he sees me.
Thanks!

Has to be 'Paintwork', off This Nation's Saving Grace.
Nothing evokes a sunny day gleefully woozy on drugs more powerfully for me than this tune. It's blissful, it rocks, it's off-kilter... I love it...
"Hey Mark, you're messing up the paintwork..."
I first heard it on cassette, and kept on leaping for the tape deck thinking something was fucking up with the sound...
