Depending on who the headliner is, that would cause me to probably buy every drink that opening band ordered for the rest of the night.


I forget where but I read about a band doing that once. It may have been in Chunklet, I think, I'm not sure. Either way that would be a fine fuck you to start the evening.

This happened when the Chocolate Watch Band supported the Seeds. Unfortunately for the Seeds it was at their record release gig in front of a lot of the press.

it occurs to me the only time i saw this done was when i saw hot snakes.

they did a jehu song. does that even count?

don't ask me which, i only knew b/c a friend pointed it out when i asked why the crowd went apeshit.

was never all that into jehu. they're alright, and i'd probably like them if i gave them more time, i just don't feel like it'd be worth. bigger fish to fry.
