And it seems like they'll only replace/fix if I send it back in the original box, which I threw away like an idiot.Great sound, easy to use, but an F- for durability.Update the firmware. Then sell it and get something else.Umm.. that means plugging it into a computer?

Yes, there's a USB mini-B port over the power port on the Ditto, you'd download the software from TC Electronic's website and plug the Ditto into your computer to install it.http://www.tcelectronic.com/ditto-looper/support/PM me if you need a USB mini-B cable, I'll mail you one.

I should come back here to say that the problem with the TC Electronics Ditto Looper was all my own. User error. I'm an idiot. K, thanks.

Radial ABY I have the radial over the Morley due to the polarity switch in case you have that issue two different types of amps

Any A/B/Y box that isn't active, i.e. DOUBLING your guitar signal, is going to cut your dick in half. You need something like this https://empresseffects.com/products/buffer Anything else is like that guy in the Re/Search book who split his cock right down the middle, stitched the halves up and said "I have two dicks now!" It's like no man, you have one ruined cock, or two skinny half-cocks at best.

I would hope that stereo output pedals don't cut any dick/clit off, but the Boss TU-2 that I used to have was an overzealous mohel to least one of the outputs. I haven't had this issue with stereo digital delays, but any analog delay I've tried that had two outputs also diminished the dick on one side.
