He shook my hand and said "howyadoin?"

When I was a kid, must've been about 11, I played 30 seconds of one-on-one against Michael Jordan at a basketball day camp in North Carolina. This would've been his last year of college at UNC.

For a lifelong college basketball and UNC fanatic, it was nearly fatally exciting.

I bit him on the thigh and scored the game-winner while he was distracted.

Edit: My wife's cousin is Matt Brust from that UNC team. (I think)

Get the hell out of here! He must've been a walk-on. No matter where I go, seems like everyone I encounter has a North Carolina connection of some kind.

I can still remember watching Spud win the dunk contest in the NBA. One of the few NC State players I could stomach.

I pissed next to Steve Malkmus at the Abyss in Houston. It was at the end of the night and the club was closed, and this place was a shithole. The toilets had overflowed and there was perhaps 2 inches of standing piss water on the floor. For some reason, I was embarrassed. Like it had been my fault or something.

Many celebrated pissers on the PRF.
