I think you should go out to dinner with us before! I mean, you are a denizen of the PRF...Coffee on me.

Thanks. Sounds awesome, really. But then I would be a total prick for flaking. No way I could commit to a certain time.

Show days always mean I run out for 5 minutes for coffee at *some* point, or I am being shuffled around in some van somewhere.

We have a twelve-hour drive ahead of us. Should we leave before five AM? I can do math. I just don't know what kind of traffic I will have to deal with.

Fixed

I'm driving up from Tennessee with some friends and we heard somehow that Mastodon will be playing with them.

I haven't seen anything about it online.

Can anyone confirm this?

Any other board members going?

Mastadon are playing with Neurosis for the New York dates.

Through some odd twist of fate I will be going to the show on the 24th. I am excited to say the least.

That place makes a pretty good cup of coffee.

syntax, you should discover the magic of http://www.tinyurl.com. No more horizontal scrolling! As for traffic, it's a crap shoot. But if you're coming through the Holland and driving across Manhattan, you can count on some pretty long delays, especially on a Friday. That's not even counting the traffic you will have already hit in Jersey.

Friday's a bad day to drive anywhere near NYC.

Leave as early as you can stomach. Worst thing that can happen is that you have some time to kill in New York City.
