They're called lommeulv in danish, 'pocket wool'. Funny word to say.
Oddly enough, it's the same word for 'wool' and 'wolf' here...

Some people have a bump at the back of their heads (just above the top of the neck) called an
occipital bun.

The reason I can't shave the back of my head, I'd look like some kind of mutant. My occipital bun is about the size of my fist.
