The only one I'd nominate that's not already listed is Burt Campbell from Soap.

Great show. Great characters. But, Burt is an all-time classic.

one of my roommates just introduced me to the television program "twin peaks," which i remember hearing the title as a child but never watching (wasn't allowed to watch tv when i was younger). nevertheless, i've seen five episodes of this show and i am convinced that:

His foreshortening was unfuckwithable.

PBS kids' shows during the Reagan years were done on an extremely low budget, which only adds to the surrealism.
