We had shady landlord over to fix the gas stove, only one of the burners works. I wasn't there when this happened but the boy was and told me what shady said:
"Just is dirty. Just need to be cleaned."
"Well, can you clean it? We haven't even used it since moving in so ... "
"Have your wife clean for you."
Ended up he didn't do anything, we still only have one working burner. I did not clean the burners, but Chaz did and the fucking stove stilll doesn't work. Fuck you shady!
