Tea, hands down NC. I prefer it to coffee, as it's more mild caffeine-wise and doesn't give me a sour stomach. But in these Texas summers I get very lethargic, and sometimes need the effects of coffee to keep me up in the morning. Not wild about Earl Grey. I'd been dealing with this cinnamon stuff and green tea.

Sweet tea in the south, very NC.

My favorite tea is the types of black tea served at Chinese restaurants...honestly. I also like Twining's English Breakfast Tea alot as well. Sometimes I mix that one with an Earl Grey for a very nice blend.

I drink both coffee and tea straight, no sugar or milk or whatever.

Tea is not crap.

Green: Republic of Tea has many fine varieties. Currently I am grooving on their blueberry-infused organic one, the name of which escapes me.

Black: Twinings Earl Grey or Irish Breakfast ONLY!

Iced: Use filtered water from Brita pitcher. Add tiny amount of lemon juice.

Hot: If black, add milk. If green, add trace amounts of lemon.

I can't drink coffee habitually. An occasional espresso, iced coffee, or Irish coffee isn't crap, though.

These days I start the day with turkish coffee, but I love tea.

Right now I'm into this brand called Wissotsky "Imperial". It's orange pekoe. I drink that English style, well brewed, with 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar and a dash of milk. Also I like their chinese green tea, well brewed with one teaspoon of honey. I always us mineral water for hot drinks.

At the moment ('cause it's insanely hot) I'm enjoying these two teas blended and chilled in the fridge with fresh lemon juice (from my lemon tree) and ice. Not Crap.
