It's the cover of "In The Aeroplane Over the Sea" by Neutral Milk Hotel.
That album has probably the most rockin acoustic guitar i've ever heard...and it has it on over half the songs.
If you haven't heard it already, i highly highly reccomend it. I have yet to hear anything that sounds even remotely close.

The Fall "Flat of Angles" (and there's probably a bunch more great Fall songs that i wouldn't think of having acoustic guitar until i've just listened to them...but here's another for the list...)
