so you guys can all get past the silly voice, then?the music means nothing to me (we have friends who do this better, right?) but I feel for them a bit being the latest playthings of the UK music press hype machine. Touring the US on the back of 8 minutes of music?

Yeah some parts of of the record remind me a lot of Polvo/Trumans Water/Unwound and other stuff I was listening to in the early and mid 90 s. Overall it feels kinda inconsistent and I struggle with vocals. Some really excellent moments though.

When the vocals click with the music, it's among the most exciting music I've heard all year.I've got an allergy to boutique noise pedals, though. I prefer music. And that drum sound is garbage.I do hope they Get To Be 19 Year Olds and grow into something truly unique, but with that said, I'm leaning Not Crap.

My bandmate digs these guys and had me listen last night.A little too mathy for me but noisy enough to lean NC.I do dig the guy's semi-David Thomas vocals.Agree with whoever said they need to keep that drummer at all costs.

I picked up the LP this week and it s really growing on me, even the cringy vocal moments. Still excited to see where these guys end up going. The drummer is ridiculous. NC
