It's one I built about 20 years ago and again about 10 years ago. The body is some unidentified Asian make, originally used in a one-off custom build in 1974. It had that pickup configuration originally. I bought it in 2000 from my dad's coworker for $100. The neck was warped, so I scrapped it, refinished the body, and slapped a jazz neck and badass bridge on it. Played it that way for years, but was never comfortable with it. Ordered that custom Warmoth tele bass neck in 2011 and finished it with aged nitro.matttkkkk wrote: Sat Aug 28, 2021 7:57 am Hats off for the Greco Tele Custom - and what’s that Tele bass?

Did I build that Bronco Bass VI? I made like 20 of those for folks, never kept one for myself...been thinking about making one to resolve that oversight.
What’s the fretted bass in the back row? Greco?kicker_of_elves wrote: Sat Sep 04, 2021 2:25 pm Moving back to the basement for fall. Yeah, it's a Squier, but it's a Japanese 84 and honestly it plays just as nice as any American made strat I've used. The 335 Epi was a relative bargain for a lefty; bought it from a guy who was moving on to just doing acoustic stuff. The Gibson is a SGJ; totally no frills, no pickguard, no finish. I've had the fretless for about 30 years and I still can't play it well enough to feel confident.
