South Side on HBO is great, and funny. There's absolutely no press about this show, just turned it on wondering if it had anything to do with Chicago. Total surprise to me.

I liked the Halston series on Netflix. I've heard some folks / critics despise it, so proceed with caution. Many good needle drops throughout the series.

Hulu

Mr. Inbetween, now on its third season. I find it compulsively watchable. Well-made enough that it's worth arguing over. Does the critical eye it occasionally casts on Ray Shoesmith, the main character, manage to counterbalance the way it glorifies his criminal badassedness? You be the judge.

The Underground Railroad on Prime. Still two episode to go, but easily the most essential “tv” thing since Twin Peaks came back.

Top tier filmmaking; a lot of what Jenkins does here reminds me of Tarkovsky, which is not something I’d picked up in his feature films.

Kevin Can F Himself on AMC (we're streaming it through Prime/AMC trial membership) is interesting. It alternates between a shitty sitcom (satirically) and drama/bleak humor like Better Call Saul. It's pretty jarring, but I'm curious to see where it goes.

Finished this last night and the last two episodes were amazing and devastating.

Kevin Can Fuck Himself. It's pretty dark. Saw the first episode, and I'm liking it.

Better Things - Hulu
The Flight Attendant - HBO, I think.

Just watched the first episode of this. I'll continue, but that cut to the end titles was fucking awful.

I liked The Windsors and Toast of London on Netflix. Neither series is technically new.
