A friend of mine says he thought it was “Angel lives in Singapore” when he was a kid.

When I was a kid, my mom told me a centerfold was a kind of undergarment, like a slip. I think this might have even been true, even if my mom knew damn well what the song meant.

Since an angel lived there, I just assumed it was some sort of religious thing. Too bad I never asked my sunday school teacher about it, that woulda been funny.

There was some Dance Dance Revolution remix of that song when my kid was little and she thought it was "my angel is cynical"
