I suspect what you're referring to is likely a case of things outside of yourself being criticised and you taking it personally because you struggle to seperate the two.

I don't know who this person is, but I'm glad they're on my ignore list as I'd wager there's a nonzero probability I did a psych assessment on them and sent them to a psych hospital at some point. I don't need to deal with professional boundary issues on the PRF.
