My drummer listens to them all the feckin time.
We say he has System of a Down syndrome.

42This band is such a gimmick. It's annoying. Thanks for the picture above to prove that.

43The song Ariels is ok. But I'm going to go with overall crap.
Crap.
Crap.
I've seen the bridges burning in the night.

45I cannot fathom a band worse than System of a Down. Even a SoaD ripoff band would be better.
Everything about this band irritates me. "Trust. In. My. Self-righteous suicide . . . blah blah blah something . . . when angels deserve to die." I can see those words written on the inside cover of the Trapper Keeper, right next to the drawing of the raven.
Does this band stand out in the nu metal crowd? Yes, yes it does. Ted Bundy also stands out in the crowd of convicted murderers.

47I can put up with them. I'm not sure how seriously your meant to take a supposedly 'political' band signed to a major label though. At least rage against the machine made it obvious what they were singing about so any radio play could perhaps get their message heard, where as system of a down requires searching through the booklet to find the little tag line which is supposed to reveal all about the song.

50Uniquely, sadly shitty.
They're neither as strange as they ought to be, as heavy as they ought to be, as catchy as they ought to be, as melodic as they ought to be, as abrasive as they ought to be, as intelligent as they ought to be, nor as political as they ought to be. On paper they sound great, but that's always the problem with theory and praxis.
CRAP, slight WF because a band that actually sounded like they're supposed to would probably be awesome.
